How to apply
It will be applied from the website of the handling person. Then enter into this Loan agreement on the web site. This agreement will come into effect with processing the card to settlement(loan and handling fee) and verifying the transaction ( identification ). Therefore , if the loan and handling fee are disable to settlement and/or verify the transaction (identification), it would be regarded as the application has been canceled . For this loan agreement is that once established, it cannot be allowed cancellation and premature cancellation of the contract except in the case of certain.
