AP Investment is a privately-held offshore Real Estate Investment Fund, set up specifically to take advantage of the recent and on-going falls in real estate values across the world, in anticipation of higher rental yields than normally expected post 2010/11, and for the foreseeable future.
The number of shareholders is limited with a minimum investment requirement.
API is managed and controlled by a well respected member of the real estate community, an equally well-respected member of the residential development and construction world. Minimal administration costs and maximal networking in both industries places API in an almost perfect position to take advantage of the distressed properties that will become available between spring 2010 and spring 2011. This is the time frame during which we believe there will be the most advantageous pricing and before which there is unlikely to be any upswing in the world-wide real estate markets.
Despite aggresive bailouts and infusions of capital by governments around the world, the real estate market is going to crash 2009/2010, perhaps by as much as 90% from current values in certain sectors and countries. The number of distressed properties is growing daily and we feel 2010 will present the most favorable values as a mid-long term investment.
The face of real estate is changing and the opportunities that will be presented 2010/2011 will be exceptional mid to long-long term investments. The changing face of the financial world has made investing a risky business for smaller investors. We propose a joint venture with other small investors in order to minimize risks and maximize profits. It is expected that five years will be required to extract maximum profit, and this is the minimum time commitment required. The situation will be reassessed end-2016, and a joint decision by popular vote, with one vote per $1 million invested, will be taken by shareholders as to the best course of action at that time.
